To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction or on any economic sanctions lists.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You acknowledge that investments in tokenized securities, such as EMRL.D, involve substantial risks, including the potential loss of principal. These assets are SEC-registered (CIK 0001954925) but are speculative in nature. You should conduct your own due diligence.

The AI.X Pecado platform, including its content, trademarks, and technology, is the property of P/E Capital SEA PL and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P/E Capital SEA PL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. Applicable U.S. federal securities laws also apply to the offer and sale of registered securities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
